Barney Frank tells the truth...or does he?

First we had Joe Biden tell us that Hussein is so weak and inexperienced that, if elected, the country would be attacked in six months.

I thought I would never again see such honesty.

I was wrong.

Listen to Barney admit that he will recommend tax increases.

Now Barney says it will only be on the rich.

He just doesn't tell us who is rich!!
