Jondee Redux

Some how I deleted the post I made especially for Jondee.

Sorry about that.

Jondee is a Leftie who hangs out over at TalkLeft. We have been opponents for years and he, like so many on the Left, loves the personal attack and insult.

Lately he has taken to commenting on TalkLeft on the contents of some of the posts here, demanding that I answer him.

I could, but debating what is on my personal blog on a very popular blog has the smell of using someone else to drive traffic here.

Ain't gonna do it.

Jondee. If you have a comment about anything published on this post and want an answer from me, then comment HERE.

And, assuming it meets the guidelines, I will publish it. I may even answer it.

Your turn.

"Unlimited tolerance must lead to the disappearance of tolerance. If we extend unlimited tolerance even to those who are intolerant, if we are not prepared to defend a tolerant society against the onslaught of the intolerant, then the tolerant will be destroyed, and tolerance with them." - Karl Popper

“Necessity is the plea for every infringement of human freedom. It is the argument of tyrants. It is the creed of slaves.” - William Pitt

"Logic. There is little logic among the cultural elite, maybe because there is little omnipresent fear of job losses or the absence of money, and so arises a rather comfortable margin to indulge in nonsense." - Victor Davis Hanson

Study challenges the hocky stick graph

The infamous hockey stick graph so beloved by man made global warming hoaxers.... those determined to frighten us into running into the arms of government controls designed to destroy the economy.... is under serious challenge.

One of its most interesting points is:

We find that the proxies do not predict temperature significantly better than random series generated independently of temperature. Furthermore, various model specifications that perform similarly at predicting temperature produce extremely different historical backcasts. Finally, the proxies seem unable to forecast the high levels of and sharp run-up in temperature in the 1990s either in-sample or from contiguous holdout blocks, thus casting doubt on their ability to predict such phenomena if in fact they occurred several hundred years ago.

Simply put, that means that the data and methods used to develop the major "proof" of global warming are not significantly better than random data.

Think about that.

Wow. Make that Wow Wow.

The Emperor has no clothes. In fact, he never has had any clothes.

Partially posted in the Jackson Sun.

Imam Rauf says what he really thinks

After listening to this audio record of Rauf's own words you will have no doubt as to what he really wants to do at the GZ mosque.

The GZ mosque would he to "out reach" as dam is to river.
