Why global warming is a swindle

The following comes from an exchange between a BBC reporter and a "climate change" person named Jo Abbess. Evidently Jo's claim to fame is to be on a Yahoo based blog/comment board. Read and watch how this reporter folds like a sheet of paper.

I would ask : please reserve the main BBC Online channel for emerging truth.

Otherwise, I would have to conclude that you are insufficiently
educated to be able to know when you have been psychologically
manipulated. And that would make you an unreliable reporter.

I am about to send your comments to others for their contribution,
unless you request I do not. They are likely to want to post your
comments on forums/fora, so please indicate if you do not want this to
happen. You may appear in an unfavourable light because it could be
said that you have had your head turned by the sceptics.

Respectfully,

jo.

I know nothing about brain surgery

Heck, I didn't even stay in a Holiday Inn Express last night. But I have known some doctors and a couple of nurses, so I'm going to open my practice tomorrow.

Sounds dumb, eh? Well, certainly no dumber than Hussein.

"You do that in eighty countries--you don't know those eighty countries. So when I speak about having lived in Indonesia for four years, having family that is impoverished in small villages in Africa--knowing the leaders is not important--what I know is the people. . . ."

"I traveled to Pakistan when I was in college--I knew what Sunni and Shia was [sic] before I joined the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. . . ."
"

Well, he would, wouldn't he? (lol)

Nobody is entirely prepared for being Commander-in-Chief. The question is when the 3 AM phone call comes do you have somebody who has the judgment, the temperament to ask the right questions, to weigh the costs and benefits of military action, who insists on good intelligence, who is not going to be swayed by the short-term politics. By most criteria, I've passed those tests and my two opponents have not."

That is the most stupid claim to any job that I have ever read. Zero experience in anything and he says by "most criteria I've passed those tests..."

Tell me, Hussein. What are those criteria? That you have a bunch of dumb college kids BS'd??? There is a real would out here, Hussein. A world in which you don't get a free pass. Surely you know that you know nothing about it.

Can you believe this?

Eight teenagers have been arrested

LAKELAND, Fla. -- Eight teenagers have been arrested after filming the beating of another teen and threatening to post the video on the Internet, sheriff's officials said.

Victoria Lindsay was attacked on March 30 by six teenage girls when she arrived at a friend's home, the Polk County Sheriff's Office said.

Two girls confronted Lindsay when she walked in, yelling and threatening her, an arrest report showed. Another girl struck her in the head several times and then slammed her head into the bedroom wall, knocking her unconscious.

When she woke up, she was on the couch in the living room surrounded by the six girls. The teens blocked the door, held Lindsay down and began beating her, the report said. Two teenage boys waited outside the home as lookouts.

Sounds terrible, eh??

Let's make it worse. Here is the motive:

Lindsay's father said the teens' motivation for the attack was to produce a video that would become popular on YouTube, a video-sharing Web site. But the mother of one of the girls said that Lindsay had provoked the other teens by threatening and insulting them on MySpace, a social networking Web site.

Why does "A Generation of Vipers" come to mind? What can be done about such actions?
This demonstrates a complete failure of the schools and society. The onlky recourse is severe and immediate punishment.

OPEC to US

"Kiss our ass."

Kryuchenkov added on Tuesday: "The group remains resilient to pleas from top consuming nations, with OPEC Secretary General Abdulla al-Badri reiterating the group's view that the market is well supplied, once again blaming the weaker dollar, geopolitical tensions and lower refining capacities for driving prices higher."

Where is our strategic reserve??

Hussein plays at being a patriot

BUTTE, Mont. (AP) — Barack Obama wants to make something clear: He loves America.

After a series of incidents that prompted questions about his patriotism, the Democratic presidential candidate is peppering speeches with explicit statements on his love of country

Well yes. Refusing to wear a US flag lapel pin, looking like you don't know how to salute the flag and remaining in a church for 20 years that has a minister who says "God damn America" and claims the US invented the Aids virus to kill blacks does have a way of bringing your patriotism into question.

Oh, did I mention a wife who is finally proud of the country....after hubby looks to have a chance to win the Demo nomination? No?

Maybe that's why an AOL poll showed 56% of the respondents saying they seriously questioned his patriotism. Heck. I wonder what cave the other 44% have been sleeping in.

Of course the amazing thing is that even when he tries he can't get it Wright.

"I love this country not because it's perfect but because we've always been able to move it closer to perfection," he told an audience in North Dakota.

Why couldn't he just say, "This is the greatest country on God's green earth!"

The answer, of course, is that he doesn't believe that. He, and every Lefty I have known, is incapable of that. To get there we must declare open borders and surrender to the UN. That is what he means he speaks of change.

Iran and nuclear weapons

"TEHRAN, Iran — Iran has begun installing 6,000 new centrifuges at its uranium enrichment plant in Natanz, state television quoted President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad as saying Tuesday.

Iran already has about 3,000 centrifuges operating in Natanz, and the new announcement is seen as a show of defiance of international demands to halt a nuclear program the United States and its allies say is aimed at building nuclear weapons.

"The president announced the start of the phase of installing 6,000 new centrifuges in Natanz," state television reported.

Centrifuges are machines that can enrich uranium to a low level to produce nuclear fuel or a high level for use in a weapon. Iran insists its nuclear program is peaceful and solely focused on the production of energy."

Yesterday was spent by Hussein in an attempt to tell us how much of a patriot he is.

While we dither, Iran continues on its march towards nuclear weapons.

If you think we need a nuclear Iran, then vote Democratic.
