From my earlier post

regarding the link I gave to Dotsub Claudia noted.

I didn't laugh. It's very scary. It's happening. It's true. They're taking over. It's insidious. I'm not the paranoid type, but they are everywhere. We're too polite to put them at their place. I hope this English gentleman looks behind his back when he goes out. One of them could just strap a bomb under his shirt and throw himself at him killing both of them. They're suicidal. They don't mind dying for Allah.

In the post I noted that people should find the video funny. Poor choice of words. She is right. I should have said ironic. In any event, I responded.

We are in the grips of PC. Afraid of offending people who should be offended by the actions of those of their religion who do terrible things in the name of their religion.

I should have added, "I'm sure some do. But I hear little from them."

What we need is for some politician to stand up and simply say the following. Perhaps Hussein Obama will do so in his quest to bring us together.

“Look, all are welcome here. But that welcome includes an agreement from you that you understand that this is a secular society, and if some elements of it conflicts with your personal religious beliefs, including Shari law, well, sorry about that. If you are a taxi cab driver who doesn’t want to transport dogs, then get another job. If you are cashier in a grocery who doesn’t want to touch pork, well, get another job. If you want to wear clothing that completely covers your body and face, except for your eyes, don’t expect to get a driver’s license, and if someone makes a joke, don’t be offended and especially don’t think you should be allowed to go through security check points dressed like that. And I don’t care how many electronic machines have scanned you. And if your daughter or sister has done something that you consider a dishonor to you and the family, it is not acceptable to kill her. And if you have children in public school, don’t expect the girls to be separated from the boys and don’t even think about them having time out to pray.

And if any of the above is a problem, then get over it or leave. This country is a “melting pot” and that means what it means. You do not. Repeat DO NOT have the right to observe Shari law over US law and you do not have any special rights because of your religious beliefs. Again, sorry about that but we have something called "separation of church and state." Hopefully you will learn about it, and other items in the Constitution while studying for the citizenship test.

And BTW. Learn English. That will help you immensely in understanding the American culture, and will reduce the chance that someone call fill your head full of nonsense because you live in a cultural ghetto with no other source of information."
