The President lectures us to not get angry over 9/11

Well the radical Muslim apologists are out, lead by the Cat Food President this morning at the site of the Pentagon attack. He spoke of “we are” and such and such and lectured us to not challenge such things as the GZ mosque.

Instead, he says, the nation will resist "those who sought to divide and demoralize us." "We will stay true to our traditions at home, as a diverse and tolerant nation," he says. "We will not give in to their hatred," Obama said, despite the terrorists' efforts to spark conflicts among faiths. "

He said not one word about our rights and our history and why we should never tolerate the building of a monument to the radical Muslims at the site of their despicable attack on people whose crimes were being at work in the World Trade Center. In short, the radicals must be allowed to tell us what to do.

Now as he and the other apologists blather and gather around their Dear Leader and claim that 9/11 and all of this is our fault…….

Well, dear Apologist, wherever you are:

I think it is worthwhile mentioning that, whether you remember it or not, we were in a very real, very nasty “Cold War” with the Soviets. And that the friends and shipmates of mine who died were just as dead as their uncles and fathers who died in WWII and Korea.

And while the Shah was a dictator and had his secret police, his radical Muslim replacements are dictators and have their religious police.

Do you actually believe that more people were tortured/killed under the Shah than under the religious fanatics that replaced him? And do you understand that, at least, under the Shah we had some influence and were pushing his government towards democracy?

Do you remember it was Carter whose failure to support the Shah created modern day radical Muslims and their terrorism supporting states?

Do you understand that we used Iraq to keep Iran from taking control of the oil in the Iraq and then the SA peninsula? Would you have preferred we let Iran have control of what was then a huge percentage of the world’s oil supplies? Or would you have preferred we used our military, and perhaps nuclear weapons, to stop the Iranians?

Maybe we should not have given the Taliban weapons to defend themselves against the Soviets and bleed the Evil Empire a bit. But I seem to remember we were weak and actually had “trip wire” divisions in Europe that were expected to fight and die when the Soviet’s attacked while we brought up reinforcements.

Do you remember that it was our refusal to go along with the English that allowed Egypt to survive as an independent country? How much did Kosovo cost us and how many Muslim lives were saved? Do you know we were in Lebanon on a peace keeping mission?

And have you forgotten that Israel was attacked by its Muslim neighbors within hours of its independence? Are you aware that none of the Muslim neighbors have ever been willing to accept immigrants? Do you know that in the negotiations set up by Clinton between Israel and the PLO, Israel gave the PLO 90% of what they wanted? And yet the PLO walked away?

BTW – Can you show me a Palestinian coin?

Have you read that it was Saddam who claimed the right to invade Kuwait and threaten Saudi Arabia over his desire to have more oil and more control over the west? And that after agreeing to the terms of his defeat how he kept violating them? How he corrupted the “oil for peace” UN officials and starved his nation’s children?

How he gassed his own people and how he violated the weapons agreements, rattled his sword and, we now know, planned to get back into the WMD business as soon as possible?

Did we cause Munich? The Rome Airport? The highjacked TWA flight? The 'Achille Lauro'? WTC in ’93? USS Cole? The attempt at blowing up LAX? The German nightclub? Pan Am 103? Was it our lack of a vigorish response to these attacks on the west that caused 9/11?

Monday morning quarterbacking is fine but it is always helpful to remember that the QB’s choices were limited and that maybe throwing a 60 yard interception was better than taking a sack on his own 20 yard line. At least in the first case the defense had a chance to make a play or two.

Now we have benched the football players in favor of letting the cheerleaders meet with the other side.

Based on Ft Hood, the underwear bomber and the Times Square attempt I would say that is not working out very well. Hopey changey has not imptressed the killers.

But at least we are being taught to apologize. Serfs and slaves do that a lot. I think the President wants us to get use to that.

"Unlimited tolerance must lead to the disappearance of tolerance. If we extend unlimited tolerance even to those who are intolerant, if we are not prepared to defend a tolerant society against the onslaught of the intolerant, then the tolerant will be destroyed, and tolerance with them." - Karl Popper

“Necessity is the plea for every infringement of human freedom. It is the argument of tyrants. It is the creed of slaves.” - William Pitt

"Logic. There is little logic among the cultural elite, maybe because there is little omnipresent fear of job losses or the absence of money, and so arises a rather comfortable margin to indulge in nonsense." - Victor Davis Hanson

  1. The Albanian Muslims in Kosovo were not the victims, but the aggressors. Kosovo was majority Serb not that long ago, but most of the Serbs were expropriated and driven out, first under the Nazis, then under the Communists, then under the US/NATO occupation. In order to draw attention away from the Lewinsky scandal and the rape allegations that were resurfacing, Bill Clinton decided to try to make himself look like a big hero by getting us into a war against the Serbs, who had never threatened US interests in any way.

All of the atrocities that the Serbs were accused of having committed - and I do mean ALL of them, without exception - were in fact enemy disinformation. But don't take my word for it; evidence is all over the Internet, and there are various links to it on my blog. Suffice it to say that if any creditable evidence against the Serbs had been found in over a decade of US/NATO occupation, it would have been splashed all over the world. The fact that you will not be able to find any creditable evidence backing up the supposed need for the US attack on Serbia speaks volumes.

Oh, and by the way, Kosovo is presently under the control of what was formerly called the KLA or the UCK. They're a pro-jihadi/narcoterrorist gang that serves as the local arm of al Qaeda, and they make their money by smuggling everything from cigarettes to slaves.

Now Hillary is secretary of state and wants to run for president. Yeah, right.

  2. Interesting comment. I have not been paying attenion yo Kosovo, but your comments is instructive to my point that we have done numerous things that helped Muslims, both terrorist and otherwise.

The Left's love for the Jimmy of Georgia never seems to understand that what he did in Iran, or what he didn't do in Iran, not only birthed state sponsored terrorism but killed a lot of Muslims while dstroying any chance they had of moving into a secular western style democracy.
