Obama - Make illegals legal and then it would not be illegal to give health care to the legals

who use to be illegals but who we just made legal.

President Obama said this week that his health care plan won't cover illegal immigrants, but argued that's all the more reason to legalize them and ensure they eventually do get coverage.

He also staked out a position that anyone in the country legally should be covered - a major break with the 1996 welfare reform bill, which limited most federal public assistance programs only to citizens and longtime immigrants.



Mr. Obama added, "If anything, this debate underscores the necessity of passing comprehensive immigration reform and resolving the issue of 12 million undocumented people living and working in this country once and for all."

The okra continues to shine. All the cool wet weather.. global warming you know... has brought forth a plethora of new blooms and the plants are 10 plus feet tall.

I shall declare myself King Okra and have an Okra Festival... if I can find the wine.

In less important things Obamie has decided to give the Russians what they want and back down from the plan to put an intercontinental missile defense in Poland against Iran. Their reasoning is that Iran is running behind their estimates so what we need is a defense against short and medium range missiles to protect our forces in Europe.

Uh, noble thought but it is the capability of Iran to hit the US that worries most of us. If we get hit in Europe we have time to react... from the US... without a million dead..

I also note that the Dark Avenger has been unable to obtain a globe and see the trajectory of missiles from Iran coming over the polar regions to the US. He has become frustrated with my repeated advice that I trust scientists more than him.

He has linked to Tall Cotton in TalkLeft to prove that I am not sarcastic and that I intensely dislike Obamie.

I feel further chastised by just knowing that Lyin' Nancy has called us all down for complaints about taxes, illegal aliens, a goofed up attempt at improving health care and Obamie supporting ACRON while shutting down all attempts at new energy sources....

Of course Nancy has a chunk of stock in windmills but that doesn't mean she would favor them over your local service station.

Really. Honestly.

In the meantime both the House and the Senate have voted to defund ACRON.

Anybody want to bet me that this bill never, never, never, never hits Obamie's desk?

If you have dropped by and seen nothing new I apologize. But my Mom is ill and that has kept me too unfocused for writing.

But one thing about being behind, you have what the military calls a "target rich" environment......so much nonsense and so little time..

First of all, kudos to the Children's crusade who has done much to show just how corrupt ACRON is and how compliant is the Lame Stream Media in that corruption. I almost choked on laughter when Charlie Gibson became forever known as "Schultz Gibson."

Yes Schultzie there is no Santa Claus.

Even more fun was watching O'Reilly trying to distance himself from the obvious connection between ACRON and Obamie by claiming it is all politics. Yes, Bill. It is all politics. It is also all accurate.

And Obamie can't bring himself to condemn an organization who has multiple people and locations telling people how to avoid taxes and start child prostitution rings.

But then he couldn't condemn Iran killing protesters either.

And then along comes Nobackus, aka Senator Baucus, who tells us he can fix health care but we have to quit driving that second car.... Would someone tell the big dummy that the wife usually drives the second car.... to work to help pay for the college education of the kiddies which Baucus uses to point out that health care isn't really that high..... Besides every penny you spend on health care above 7.5% of your AGI, and other limitations, is tax deductible and subject to further reductions as detailed in the IRS tax code.....

Do you think a Hollywood writer could think this shit up?

What will Obama say?

Indonesia's province of Aceh has passed a new law making adultery punishable by stoning to death, a member of the province's parliament has said.

The law also imposes severe sentences for rape, homosexuality, alcohol consumption and gambling.

Opponents had tried to delay the law, saying more debate was needed because it imposes capital punishment.

Sharia law was partially introduced in Aceh in 2001, as part of a government offer to pacify separatist rebels.

A peace deal in 2005 ended the 30-year insurgency, and many of the former rebels have now entered Aceh's government, which enjoys a degree of autonomy from the central government in Jakarta.



"This law is a preventive measure for Acehnese people so that they will avoid moral degradation," said Moharriyadia, a spokesman for the Prosperous Justice Party.

Yes there's nothing like a little stoning to fix up the old morals!
