Republican Party decides to be more like Democrats

Let me see.... They lost with DemoLite in 2008...they lost bigger in 2012 with DemoLiter....
Insanity is often defined as doing the same thing over and over while expecting different results.

Lest we forget what the Democrats
thought, along with their brother Repubs.
I mean the rewriting of history continues unabated.
"One way or the other, we are determined to deny Iraq the
capacity to develop weapons of mass destruction and the missiles to deliver
them. That is our bottom line."--President Bill Clinton, Feb. 4, 1998
"If Saddam rejects peace and we have to use force, our
purpose is clear. We want to seriously diminish the threat posed by Iraq's
weapons of mass destruction program."--President Bill Clinton, Feb. 17, 1998
"Iraq is a long way from [here], but what happens there
matters a great deal here. For the risks that the leaders of a rogue state will
use nuclear, chemical or biological weapons against us or our allies is the
greatest security threat we face."--Madeline Albright, Feb 18, 1998
"He will use those weapons of mass destruction again, as he
has ten times since 1983."--Sandy Berger, Clinton National Security Adviser, Feb, 18, 1998
"[W]e urge you, after consulting with Congress, and
consistent with the U.S. Constitution and laws, to take necessary actions
(including, if appropriate, air and missile strikes on suspect Iraqi sites) to
respond effectively to the threat posed by Iraq's refusal to end its weapons of
mass destruction programs."
Letter to President Clinton, signed by:-- Democratic Senators Carl Levin, Tom Daschle, John Kerry, and others, Oct. 9, 1998
Letter to President Clinton, signed by:-- Democratic Senators Carl Levin, Tom Daschle, John Kerry, and others, Oct. 9, 1998
"Saddam Hussein has been engaged in the development of
weapons of mass destruction technology which is a threat to countries in the
region and he has made a mockery of the weapons inspection process."-Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D, CA), Dec. 16, 1998
"Hussein has ... chosen to spend his money on building
weapons of mass destruction and palaces for his cronies."
-- Madeline Albright, Clinton Secretary of State, Nov. 10, 1999
-- Madeline Albright, Clinton Secretary of State, Nov. 10, 1999
"There is no doubt that ... Saddam Hussein has
reinvigorated his weapons programs. Reports indicate that biological, chemical
and nuclear programs continue apace and may be back to pre-Gulf War status. In
addition, Saddam continues to redefine delivery systems and is doubtless using
the cover of a licit missile program to develop longer-range missiles that will
threaten the United States and our allies."
Letter to President Bush, Signed by:-- Sen. Bob Graham (D, FL), and others, Dec 5, 2001
Letter to President Bush, Signed by:-- Sen. Bob Graham (D, FL), and others, Dec 5, 2001
"We begin with the common belief that Saddam Hussein is a
tyrant and a threat to the peace and stability of the region. He has ignored
the mandate of the United Nations and is building weapons of mass destruction
and th! e means of delivering them."-- Sen. Carl Levin (D, MI), Sept. 19, 2002
"We know that he has stored secret supplies of biological
and chemical weapons throughout his country."-- Al Gore, Sept. 23, 2002
"Iraq's search for weapons of mass destruction has proven
impossible to deter and we should assume that it will continue for as long as
Saddam is in power."-- Al Gore, Sept. 23, 2002
"We have known for many years that Saddam Hussein is
seeking and developing weapons of mass destruction."
-- Sen. Ted Kennedy (D, MA), Sept. 27, 2002
-- Sen. Ted Kennedy (D, MA), Sept. 27, 2002
"The last UN weapons inspectors left Iraq in October of
1998. We are confident that Saddam Hussein retains some stockpiles of chemical
and biological weapons, and that he has since embarked on a crash course to
build up his chemical and biological warfare capabilities. Intelligence reports
indicate that he is seeking nuclear weapons..."-- Sen. Robert Byrd (D, WV), Oct. 3, 2002
"I will be voting to give the President of the United
States the authority to use force -- if necessary -- to disarm Saddam Hussein
because I believe that a deadly arsenal of weapons of mass destruction in his
hands is a real and grave threat to our security."-- Sen. John F. Kerry (D, MA), Oct. 9, 2002
"There is unmistakable evidence that Saddam Hussein is
working aggressively to develop nuclear weapons and will likely have nuclear
weapons within the next five years ... We also should remember we have always
underestimated the progress Saddam has made in development of weapons of mass
destruction."-- Sen. Jay Rockefeller (D, WV), Oct 10, 2002
"He has systematically violated, over the course of the
past 11 years, every significant UN resolution that has demanded that he disarm
and destroy his chemical and biological weapons, and any nuclear capacity. This
he has refused to do"-- Rep. Henry Waxman (D, CA), Oct. 10, 2002
"In the four years since the inspectors left, intelligence
reports show that Saddam Hussein has worked to rebuild his chemical and
biological weapons stock, his missile delivery capability, and his nuclear
program. He has also given aid, comfort, and sanctuary to terrorists, including
al Qaeda members ... It is clear, however, that if left unchecked, Saddam
Hussein will continue to increase his capacity to wage biological and chemical
warfare, and will keep trying to develop nuclear weapons."-- Sen. Hillary Clinton (D, NY), Oct 10, 2002
"We are in possession of what I think to be compelling
evidence that Saddam Hussein has, and has had for a number of years, a
developing capacity for the production and storage of weapons of mass
destruction."-- Sen. Bob Graham (D, FL), Dec. 8, 2002
"Without question, we need to disarm Saddam Hussein. He is
a brutal, murderous dictator, leading an oppressive regime ... He presents a
particularly grievous threat because he is so consistently prone to
miscalculation ... And now he is miscalculating America's response to his
continued deceit and his consistent grasp for weapons of mass destruction ...
So the threat of Saddam Hussein with weapons of mass destruction is
real..."-- Sen. John F. Kerry (D, MA), Jan. 23. 2003

Tebow speaks
Bits and
pieces and other stuff…
The media
world is all aflutter that Tebow is speaking at church in Dallas that doesn’t
embrace gays and doesn’t like Islam, Mormonism and Judaism.
On the religious side I see their point on Islam. But on the
other two they need to lighten up. I mean Jews and Mormons don’t have thousands
of radicals wanting to go to Paradise by offing off good liberal Baptists.
But why can’t Tebow speak at a church that says bad things
about gays?? And before you Lefties get all in a dither and start blathering, remember
I have posted I am for minority rights, including gay marriage. I mean I just don’t
care and if I was looking for a church this one wouldn’t be on my list. But…..
I mean look. You either believe in free speech or you don’t.
This PC bullshit has gone too far. Face
it, folks. Tebow has taken a lot of trash because he is an avowed Christian and
that makes a lot of you uncomfortable. So you attack him. And a church who
teaches that Islam is bad…. But Islam has “members” who say the Koran says they
should kill gays… and they do it.
Ah ha! You say??? Christianity and Islam are no different…
Heh. The difference is that Christianity got rid of 99.9999% of the folks who
want to kill gays years ago. Islam??? No so much.
Onward…….
This gives “wait
a minute” a whole new meaning.

You know, if that meter had exploded
over Russia back when I was looking for Soviet missiles and they were looking
for US missiles… both sides with some fairly low tech radar… we might have been at war. At the very
least the phones would have been ringing in the White House.
Can anyone tell me why every picture
of the mass murderer Dorner shows him with a big grin on his face… Speaking of
grinning, Lamont Hill, the Columbia U professor who can’t understand why a mass
murder should be used as a civil rights example… He can’t grasp that by doing
so he is qualifying killing people because you think you’ve been hosed over a
job… O’Reilly gave him a good going over
last night…
But Lamont
didn’t get the message. He is living proof that Columbia U should lose its accreditation.
This is all

Left Loves the Murder of Navy Seal
No one should be surprised by the actions of the Left
Chris Kyle, a former Navy SEAL and author of "American Sniper," was murdered Saturday afternoon at a gun range 53 miles outside Fort Worth, Tex. While many in the country mourned his loss, Twitchy reported Sunday that a number of anti-gun liberals on Twittermocked and celebrated his murder.
"I am absolutely against guns being used for any reason, but in the matter of Chris Kyle, I'd have to say it was poetic justice," one personwrote.
"All u hypocrites can miss me with the Chris Kyle American Sniper sympathy bulls**t, I call his death karma. Feel for his family not him,"said another user on Twitter.
"Chris Kyle was killed at a gun how ironic lol live by the gun die by the gun now I really believe he had it coming to him," said"Patricia."

The health care shoe falls
I dedicate his to the Lefties of the workd and dumb Seniors who voted for Obama.
Some Seniors started to catch on when Obama revealed he would take $700 billion from Medicare to fund Obamacare. Sarah Palin warned that the result would be Death Panels. Some didn't. You probably sneered at her.
Obama's health care adviser, Ezekiel Emanuel's philosophy was spelled out here:
http://
And everyone knew what was coming:
"One of President Obama’s key proposals to reduce skyrocketing Medicare costs is a so-called Independent Payment Advisory Board (IPAB). The IPAB would consist of 15 members appointed by the president (and confirmed by the Senate), empowered to decide what medical tests and procedures Medicare would cover and how much it would pay providers.
As the Wall Street Journal notes, the IPAB’s decisions wouldn’t be subject to judicial or administrative review. They would go to Congress for an up-or-down vote, and would go into effect unless Congress adopted its own plan to reduce Medicare spending by an equivalent amount."
http://pjmedia.com/blog/
That spells rationing and ration means that someone gets left out. "Someone" means seniors and children.
"An obvious example is not guaranteeing health services to patients with dementia. A less obvious example Is is guaranteeing neuropsychological services to ensure children with learning disabilities can read and learn to reason."
http://
Now the other shoe has dropped.
"The White House is willing to make bigger Medicare cuts in order to protect Medicaid, senior economic adviser Gene Sperling said Thursday.
Sperling said the White House is no longer willing to make even the Medicaid cuts it had previously supported, but acknowledged that puts more pressure on Medicare.
“We are not willing to accept even the Medicaid savings that we had once put on the table … Medicaid savings, Medicaid cuts, for this administration, are not on the table,” Sperling said at a conference organized by the advocacy group Families USA."
snip
"But the administration has decided to accept a fight over Medicare in order to protect Medicaid, Sperling said.
“It means we’re going to have to look harder for Medicare savings, and those savings may be more difficult politically because of he choices we’ve made,” Sperling said. “If you decide you are going to protect Medicaid more, it means you’re going to have to make some tough choices in other places.”.
http://thehill.com/blogs/
You might ask why. The reason is simple. Medicaid clients are, basically, Obama's base and will do what told to do. Many elderly, who paid for Social Security and Medicare by the taxes the government collected, won't. They will be punushed.
It's The Chicago Way. Don't toe the line... Don't vote right... Your garbage won't get picked up and your car gets keyed.
Congratulations, Dummies. And ask your Mom how she feels about you supporting cuts to her health care.

Man made global warming and lies
Well, now that The Won has rewon control he is showing his true statist, elitist, Marxist and collectives colors... And, of course so-called man made global warming, which offers an excellent way to destroy the economy, which is Obama's goal, is at the top of the list.
And we hear more and more of carbon trading and "revenue neutral." Which are just two words describing something that is pure bull shit. But, something that our more ignorant populace will but into. But, being forever the optimist, I thought I would post some notes to "John," a mythical yet very real member of the low information voter population that elected Obama.
John, tell us more about this "revenue neutral" thing. Do you mean the government takes money from us and gives it to someone else? Why yes. That's what you mean.
You are being played for a fool and that's a shame. But you don't have to let it happen.
Educate yourself.
"The physics of how carbon dioxide traps infra-red radiation is well known[6]. But there are other molecules in the atmosphere that also trap infra-red radiation. Water vapour is the predominant “greenhouse gas”[7]. What is not so clear is the extent to which the trapping of energy causes heating. There are wonderful mathematical models that claim to show how heating occurs.
Unfortunately, all the models suffer from identifiable flaws, a point considered later."
http://
Read the article. And consider this. Models are statistical COMPUTER programs and they are based on data. The question is, is the data accurate or does GIGO apply? (Garbage In Garbage Out) And even worse, data can be changed to get a desired result.
And when asked for the data.
"I received a letter back from CRU stating that I couldn't have the data because "we do not hold the requested information."
'I found that odd. How can they not hold the data when they are showing graphs of global temperatures on their webpage? However, it turns out that CRU has in response to requests for its data put up a new webpage with the following remarkable admission:'
Here is what the CRU wrote:
"We are not in a position to supply data for.....we were not able to keep the multiple sources for some sites, only the station series after adjustment for homogeneity issues. We, therefore, do not hold the original raw data but only the value-added (i.e. quality controlled and homogenized) data".
http://
Think about that, John. England's prestigious East Anglia University and home of the Climate Research Unit which is a huge proponent of alarmist man made global warming (MMGW) admits they don't have the original data, just the DATA THEY HAVE CHANGED.
John, remember the old joke? Trust me? I'll respect you in the morning...The check's in the mail.... And speaking of money...
"Whether the billions of promised aid dollars will really materialize is another matter. But a lot of people have already gotten rich – including Al Gore, hundreds of climate scientists, and thousands of environmental activists and government bureaucrats – and others are trying to cash in. "
http://
And to be more specific let's look at Mann. You know, the guy who developed the "hockey stick" graph. The one that left out the Medieval Warming period and is now discredited...
"Prominent global warming alarmist Michael Mann, who often asserts that scientists who are skeptical of his alarmist global warming theories are motivated by making money, charges $10,000 plus expenses for speaking fees, Media Trackers Florida has learned. The revelation about Mann’s exorbitant speaking fees comes as Mann prepares to give a global warming presentation at a taxpayer-funded Florida public college. Mann will be speaking at Valencia College Thursday, January 17, at 1:00 pm."
http://
Yeah, John. That's $10K of TAXPAYER money. You know. Money that could go on education...
But let's return to the issue of, can we trust the people who are pushing this? First, let's go back a few years and see what was being said:
"To capture the public imagination, we have to offer up some scary scenarios, make simplified dramatic statements and little mention of any doubts one might have. Each of us has to decide the right balance between being effective, and being honest."
- Leading greenhouse advocate, Dr Stephen Schneider ( in interview for "Discover" magagzine, Oct 1989).
http://www.john-daly.com/
Look, John that is just a plain and simple justification for lying to the public. You can't make it out to be anything else. Tell me, do you like to be lied to?
Now let's skip forward and see what Dr. Phil Jones, of East Anglia University's Climate Research Unit... Remember them? You know, the ones who didn't save the original data, just the CHANGED data?.... wrote in an email. An email, by the way, that he thought would remain private. So he was writing what he believed to a friend.
"The scientific community would come down on me in no uncertain terms if I said the world had cooled from 1998. OK it has but it is only 7 years of data and it isn't statistically significant."
Now that's true, but that was 2005 and the change has continued. Let's look at some more Jones' emails.
"As you know, I'm not political. If anything, I would like to see the climate change happen, so the science could be proved right, regardless of the consequences. This isn't being political, it is being selfish.
Cheers Phil"
http://www.di2.nu/foia/
What? "see climate change happen?" John, Jones' just admitted IT HASN'T HAPPENED. (Remember, he's speaking of MMGW, not the natural change that has been happening for millions of years.)
So there you go, John. Study. Think. And try and disconnect "environment" from "climate change." We can have a clean environment without destroying our economy by tripling the cost of the energy that runs our world.
