Ben says it all

"Unlimited tolerance must lead to the disappearance of tolerance. If we extend unlimited tolerance even to those who are intolerant, if we are not prepared to defend a tolerant society against the onslaught of the intolerant, then the tolerant will be destroyed, and tolerance with them." - Karl Popper

“It’s the presumption that Obama knows how all these industries ought to be operating better than people who have spent their lives in those industries, and a general cockiness going back to before he was president, and the fact that he has no experience whatever in managing anything. Only someone who has never had the responsibility for managing anything could believe he could manage just about everything.” - Thomas Sowell in Reason Magazine

Well, we knew he was

a fan of the SD Weathermen...

Normally I would delete this but....

Let me show you the type of individual that is part and parcel of the Left.

Anonymous has left a new comment on your post "Another Obama outrage":

You're such a predictably looney, garden variety, talk radio educated right wing pinhead..

Obama's responsible, cuz everbody knows liberals is all secret communists..

Tell Brother John Birch I said hello.

Let me see. He's is too cowardly to leave his moniker.

He knows nothing about about anything and is ashamed to admit that Obama bears any responsibility for anything.

So dear Coward:

You are not a liberal. How do I know? Because I am a social liberal and real liberals don't act like that.

Tell Brothers Stalin, Marx and Hitler if they come back you'll be standing in line to kiss their ass...and other bodily parts.

Obama's cry babies

Well, we have solid proof that Obama is covering up his ineptness that allowed the Muslim terrorists to successfully attack our embassies and kill Americans.

So what happens next?? Well, they break out the "blame Bush card."

The problem is this. Bush didn't have the knowledge gained through 11 years of active war that Obama should have.

I just love to show up knuckleheaded "blame Bush!" Let's look at some facts regarding what Bush knew and when he knew it. This is an interview with Richard Clarke, Clinton's National Security Advisor, who Bush kept on in spite of the fact that Clarke certainly was no fan of Bush.

"RICHARD CLARKE:Actually, I've got about seven points, let me just go through them quickly. Um, the first point, I think the overall point is, there was no plan on Al Qaeda that was passed from the Clinton administration to the Bush administration.

Second point is that the Clinton administration had a strategy in place, effectively dating from 1998. And there were a number of issues on the table since 1998.And they remained on the table when that administration went out of office — issues like aiding the Northern Alliance in Afghanistan, changing our Pakistan policy -- uh, changing our policy toward Uzbekistan. And in January 2001, the incoming Bush administration was briefed on the existing strategy. They were also briefed on these series of issues that had not been decided on in a couple of years."

What this shows is that Clinton had let three very important issues slide for two years. You have to wonder if Clinton had supported the Northern Alliance in its fight with the Taliban would OBL ever been able to be in Afghanistan in the first place?

"And the third point is the Bush administration decided then, you know, in late January, to do two things. One, vigorously pursue the existing policy, including all of the lethal covert action findings, which we've now made public to some extent."
This shows that the claim that Bush didn't immediately go after OBL to be a complete fiction.

"
So, point five, that process which was initiated in the first week in February, uh, decided in principle, uh in the spring to add to the existing Clinton strategy and to increase CIA resources, for example, for covert action, five-fold, to go after Al Qaeda."

Again we see Bush taking action. Just days of him becoming President he decided to increase the CIA's resources 500%.

Let's review.

"(Angle)QUESTION: What is your response to the suggestion in the [Aug. 12, 2002] Time [magazine] article that the Bush administration was unwilling to take on board the suggestions made in the Clinton administration because of animus against the — general animus against the foreign policy?"

"CLARKE:I think if there was a general animus that clouded their vision, they might not have kept the same guy dealing with terrorism issue. This is the one issue where the National Security Council leadership decided continuity was important and kept the same guy around, the same team in place. That doesn't sound like animus against uh the previous team to me."

"JIM ANGLE:
You're saying that the Bush administration did not stop anything that the Clinton administration was doing while it was making these decisions, and by the end of the summer had increased money for covert action five-fold. Is that correct?"

CLARKE: All of that's correct.

Now, let's just forget about the fact that in the May time frame we had an international incident with Communist China. Our leaders must be able to focus on several things at once. I think the Lefties say it is Obamie playing 11 Dimensional Chess. (sarcasm alert)

Anyway. What did this ramped up activity yield in the way of intelligence? Let's look at another interview. This time with Condi Rice, Bush's NSA. The subject is a meeting on July 5, 2001.

"At the special meeting on July 5 were the FBI, Secret Service, FAA, Customs, Coast Guard, and Immigration. We told them that we thought a spectacular al Qaeda terrorist attack was coming in the near future." That had been had been George Tenet's language. "We asked that they take special measures to increase security and surveillance. Thus, the White House did ensure that domestic law enforcement including the FAA knew that the CSG believed that a major al Qaeda attack was coming, and it could be in the U.S., and did ask that special measures be taken."

Now that was 31 days prior to the infamous PDB that all the Lefties like to refer and claim that Bush paid no attention. OF COURSE HE DIDN'T. HE ALREADY KNEW WHAT THE BRIEFER WAS SAYING 31 DAYS BEFORE. The guy was lucky. If I had been Bush I would have fired him on the spot for wasting my time and then fired his boss for wasting my time in a CYA exercise.

So you see dear Lefties, the facts are against you. What you need to do is to quit relying on KOS, MSNBC, MediaMatteres and ThinkProgress for your "talking points."

As usual, no charge for the education.

Obama says thanks

I haven't been blogging lately. The fall garden, football with the Grandson and some family health issues have interfered with my cyberlife.

But I haven't been dead. I have watched with total disgust Obama fail to protect our embassies on, of all days, 9/11 and then start a coverup with the aid of the media.

Let me be blunt.

We no longer have a totally free press. A great deal of it, ABC, CBS, NBC, MSNBC, PBS and most of the major newspapers are under 100% control of the Obama administration.

And this says it all:

Another Obama outrage

One of the most compelling arguments made in 2008 for not voting for Obama was the fact it was his minions that would do the real damage. The argument is even more compelling in 2012.

I have sent the following email to my Senators. I urge you to do the same. You can find their email address here:

http://www.senate.gov/general/contact_information/senators_cfm.cfm

Senator:
Perhaps you are unaware of this latest outrage from the EPA.
“On September 13, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) sent an internal email to its staff under the subject line “Hispanic Heritage Month.”  The email, obtained by The Weekly Standard magazine, featured a picture of infamous communist butcher Che Guevara with the slogan “hasta la victoria siempre,” or “on to victory, always.”

Che has long been a hero of communists and other radicals for his brutal tactics, and the iconic photo of Che taken Alberto Korda has shown up in inappropriate places before.  But it is especially chilling to see Che’s image being used by a government agency that has pursued an astonishingly aggressive anti-growth and anti-property rights agenda.
Snip

“In January 1957, Che murdered Eutimio Guerra, writing his diary: “I ended the problem with a .32 caliber pistol, in the right side of his brain…. His belongings were now mine.”Most infamously, Fidel Castro put Che in charge of La CabaƱa prison, where he summarily executed hundreds of men – over 500 according to U.S. State Department cables.

 http://www.cagle.com/2012/09/che-and-the-epa/

This act by an agency of the US government is outrageous. I urge you to go to the floor of the Senate and use your office to strongly condemn this and demand the removal from government service of those responsible and an apology by the head of the EPA.

Senator, it is time you act.

Thank you.

He is standing with the Muslims

Throughout the various blogs on the Internet you will find a similar refrain from the Lefties of this world. America is at fault. Among their claims is that we should have self censored ourselves and not allowed the movie to be made. Of course to have done that would require a law enforcement organization of staggering power and size. Perhaps that is what Obama was thinking when he said this:

That this would be de facto Shariah Law doesn’t seem to bother the Left and it certainly doesn’t bother Obama who made his religious position quite clear in this video:

Obama, who graduated from what use to be great universities, has made it plain that he views the Constitution as, at best, an obstacle to be gotten around through Executive Orders and, when he thinks he can, ignoring it.

But this hatred for America is not new. It is founded in the 60’s and was reflected in the riots and demonstrations incited by the communists and their useful idiots, the fellow travelers in academia and the media. What you see now is merely the maturing of the people who were taught by the Bill Ayers of this world. They have no doubt that America was wrong in its founding principles and must be punished.

They cannot help themselves. Muslim rioters and Muslim terrorists must be defended. Events that happened a thousand years ago justify the killing of innocent Americans. Any slight against Mohammed is a reason to riot.

In our universities you will find cadres who support the PLO and attack Israel. I think the reason is that Israel supported the US in the Cold War. In the 60's the Left was largely Maoists, communists, socialists and assorted groups intent on terrorism. (See Obama's bud, William Ayers.) Any group that supported the US is hated by these people.
Yes, I know it is strange. For example, Jews as a group have been very liberal and strong supporters despite being despised by the the Democratic party's Left wing.

Yet we now find that the Left, as a group, oppose all efforts to question and discuss the many problems caused by the radical Muslims who riot, put down women, kill gays and hate Jews totally.
The answer has to be that the Left, as a group, hates the US and what it stands for. Thus the radical Muslim activities are not to be questioned and anyone who do is attacked as a bigot. It is an "enemy of my enemy is my friend" thing.
Hatred of America brings strange bed fellows together.

The sad thing is that the Muslim radicals see this as an affair of convenience and will happily behead their consorts as soon as the party is over and the bride is demanding her part of the spoils.
